having products be preorders allows me ample time to gain production costs and get a feel on what items will sell. your support on certain preorder items helps me create the items that i love making!

♡ why do you have so many preorder items?
having products be preorders allows me ample time to gain production costs and get a feel on what items will sell. your support on certain preorder items helps me create the items that i love making!
♡ what's the process time for preorders?
preorders can take up to a month to be ordered and processed due to it requiring me to order my stock. please keep an eye out on this page and my social media for updates
♡ what if i want to order preorder items and current in-stock items?
if you order in-stock items and preorder items, they will be shipped together and you must wait for your preorder items to be completed. if you want to receive the in-stock items as soon as possible, you must order the preorder and in-stock items on a separate order to account for the two separate shipping costs
♡ what do i do if i missed the preorder end date?
i always order extra when i order my stock (based off preorders) received and i should have the items restocked at my earliest convenience/shop update. please don't feel down if you missed out on the first run!
♡ what if i want to order preorder items and current in-stock items?
if you order in-stock items and preorder items, they will be shipped together and you must wait for your preorder items to be completed. if you want to receive the in-stock items as soon as possible, you must order the preorder and in-stock items on a separate order to account for the two separate shipping costs
